Terms of Service

1. Application and permitted use

Macro Circuit Factory is a privately operated desktop automation application. Use is currently limited to YouTube channels owned and operated by the same user. It supports content workflows, production scheduling, and channel analytics.

The application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by YouTube or Google.

2. YouTube API Services

The application uses YouTube API Services. By using Macro Circuit Factory, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The application must be used in compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Use of authorized Google data is also subject to the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy.

3. Owner responsibility

The owner is responsible for uploaded content, metadata, permissions, rights to media, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. Automation does not remove the owner's responsibility to review content and control actions taken on the owner's channels.

4. No investment advice or performance guarantees

Macro Circuit Factory does not provide investment advice. Content workflow tools and analytics are not financial recommendations.

No guarantees are made about channel growth, revenue, views, or monetization. Availability and behavior of Google and YouTube services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

5. Privacy and revocation

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. The user must review and agree to that policy before authorizing the application's access to Google or YouTube data.

Access may be revoked by removing Macro Circuit Factory from Google Account permissions. Locally stored tokens and data can be deleted by the owner as described in the Privacy Policy.
