Macro Circuit Factory

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Macro Circuit Factory is a privately operated desktop application for YouTube channels owned and operated by the same user. Macro Circuit Factory uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. This policy explains how the application handles owner-authorized data.

1. Data the application may access

Only when authorized by the channel owner, the application may access:

  • YouTube channel identity, including channel ID and channel name
  • Video metadata and upload status
  • Playlists, captions, and thumbnails
  • YouTube Analytics data such as views, watch time, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), audience geography, and related channel and video analytics, where available through authorized API access

Google authorization is used to grant access. The application does not request or store the user's Google account password.

2. How data is used

Authorized data is used to manage the owner's YouTube channels; upload and manage videos; manage metadata, captions, thumbnails, and playlists; and retrieve analytics to improve the owner's content workflow. Access is limited to the application's authorized functionality.

3. Local storage and security

OAuth tokens may be stored locally on the owner's computer. Authorized YouTube and Analytics data may also be stored locally as needed for the application's functionality and historical analytics, subject to applicable API storage, refresh, and deletion requirements.

Secrets are not intentionally exposed publicly or included in this website. The owner is responsible for protecting access to the computer and locally stored application data.

4. Sharing and service providers

User data, including Google and YouTube user data, is not sold, shared with advertisers, or shared with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed only by services required to operate the application, subject to their applicable terms and the owner's authorization. This includes transmitting authorized requests and upload data to Google and YouTube.

This informational website uses no tracking, analytics scripts, cookies, login, or forms.

5. Revoking access

Users may revoke Macro Circuit Factory's access at any time through Google Account permissions in Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents continued authorized access; it does not by itself delete data already stored locally.

6. Deleting data and contacting the operator

Because this is a privately operated desktop application, the channel owner can revoke access and delete locally stored OAuth tokens and authorized data from the application's local storage, including retained copies or backups under the owner's control. Deleting local data does not delete videos or other resources already stored on YouTube; those can be managed separately in YouTube Studio.

For deletion requests, privacy questions, or complaints, contact zeus.studios.channel@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or API keys by email.

7. Google and YouTube policies

Use of the application and handling of authorized data are subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
